Filmpark app: maintenance, tracking and new features

As project lead, app developer and UI designer, I was responsible for further development of the Filmpark Babelsberg app, including tracking, personalised photo designs and voucher code management.
The published visitor app needed ongoing maintenance and specific new visitor services. I implemented tracking features and analysed usage metrics collected since release to guide further development of the existing functionality.
For the Snapshot Factory, I combined real scenery with digital poster designs. Visitors could create personalised images and see the result in a real-time preview while taking the picture. Designs could be maintained through the administration interface. I also developed voucher code functionality and its administrative management.
The extensions were integrated into the existing app and backend architecture. Ongoing maintenance included revising existing modules and cleanly removing obsolete features.
Result: Extended the visitor app with personalised designs, voucher code management and tracking features, and maintained existing modules.
