As project lead, product owner, software architect and backend developer, I designed and developed InvoiceSync as a multi-tenant SaaS for controlled transfer of Stripe invoices and credit notes to Lexware Office.
Monthly and individual runs include preview, contact creation and transfer of the original documents.
Validation and correction workflows account for tax scenarios, fee reconciliation and refunds. Cases that cannot be validated unambiguously are held for manual review. Authentication and encrypted configuration control access and management of the integrations.
Result: Implemented a multi-tenant invoice integration with preview, document transfer and traceable handling of unclear tax and correction cases.
