As project lead, software architect and developer, I am responsible for the use of AI assistants and coding agents in client and internal projects, including architecture decisions, code review and acceptance.
Tools used include GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT and OpenAI Codex, Claude and Claude Code, Gemini and Google Antigravity, and occasionally Grok, in each case since the tool's release. Architecture, review and acceptance remain the developer's responsibility. Tests and CI check each change before delivery.
For work with multiple agents, I developed shared skills for Claude Code, Codex and Antigravity, model routing by task level, a knowledge base containing project rules for agents and an API integration with our own Kanban board. Where needed, code reviews use a model from a different provider than the one that wrote the code.
Result: Introduced AI-assisted development as a controlled engineering process with reviews, tests and defined rules for agents.
