MS Zweiradteile · E-commerce systems
MY ROLEProject lead, software architect and e-commerce developer
As project lead, software architect and e-commerce developer, I was responsible for shop migrations, interfaces and marketplace automation at MS Zweiradteile, as well as the technical and visual development of its commerce platform.
The assignment covered migration, rebuilding and long-term technical support of several online shops. I analysed exports from the established Shopware system, migrated data and features, and implemented a new design with bulk CSV import, categories and product images. An additional WooCommerce shop extended the commerce platform.
For eBay, I worked on templates, image sizes, item and multi-category listings and price promotions. Recurring faults in invoicing, stock synchronisation and search were investigated and resolved. Loading times, mobile presentation and server performance were optimised.
SEO work included sitemaps, keyword research and shop descriptions. I was responsible for the architecture, integrations and quality assurance of the systems I worked on. The client relationship includes recurring REST interface work since 2016. The migrations described represent later project phases.
Result: Migrated the Shopware shop, added WooCommerce and marketplace features, and improved the commerce platform technically, in usability and in search visibility.
