As project lead and solution architect, I analysed an existing application and integration landscape and developed a target architecture for a business domain.
Business processes and business capabilities were mapped to applications, data flows and responsibilities.
Technical dependencies and risks of upcoming changes were assessed. Current, transition and target architectures, together with prioritised measures, supported coordination between business stakeholders and development. Architecture decisions and review findings were documented traceably.
Result: Mapped the application landscape to business capabilities and developed a documented target architecture with prioritised transition measures.
