TokenLedger: AI costs, allowances and token usage

As project lead, product designer, software architect and Swift developer, I designed and developed a macOS app that brings AI subscriptions, API costs, allowances and local token usage together in a single cost overview.
The cost overview, budget forecast and service-specific filters combine API data with read-only analysis of Claude Code and Codex JSONL logs. Every value identifies its source.
The implementation separates a Foundation-based Swift package core from the SwiftUI interface. API integrations, local log parsers, Keychain storage and user-approved file access form the technical foundation. The interface and setup are available in German and English.
Result: Implemented the Swift core, service integrations, JSONL analysis, budget calculations, setup and menu bar interface. Submitted version 1.0.0 for Mac App Store review.
