Privacy policy for MboxHarbor

MboxHarbor processes your mail archives locally on your Mac. The app does not collect data for ProjectMakers.

• The app does not transmit mail archives, messages, attachments or personal data to ProjectMakers or third parties.
• There is no user account, cloud processing, analytics, advertising or telemetry. Conversion does not require a network connection.
• The app reads the MBOX files or archive folders you select and writes a new PST file to the destination you select. The macOS App Sandbox limits file access. Source archives are not changed.
• During conversion, the app creates temporary message files and a PST in its private cache directory. These files are removed when the operation ends normally. An unexpected termination can leave temporary files on your Mac.
• macOS stores local preferences on your device. Product and privacy links open your browser. If you contact support by email, we process the information you send to respond to your request.

Purchases and billing are handled by the Mac App Store under Apple’s privacy policy. If you allow macOS to share crash reports with developers, Apple may provide us with diagnostic reports.
