MailFolio privacy

MailFolio is a local Mac app for preparing selected email as PDF.

• The app processes the files you select locally on your Mac.
• MailFolio does not require an account or send your messages to ProjectMakers.
• Exported documents and source files are stored at your chosen destination. Large-mailbox mode also makes private local copies that may remain after the app closes. Review and protect those files and your backups.
• The app does not include analytics or advertising tracking.
• If you contact us by email, we process the information you send to respond to your request.

Purchases and billing are handled by the Mac App Store under Apple’s privacy policy. If you allow macOS to share crash reports with developers, Apple may provide us with diagnostic reports.
